We currently offer shipping to addresses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally. Shipping fees may vary based on location, shipping method, and product weight.

If you are located outside of the UAE, please note that international shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your destination country.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-7 business days of receiving payment. Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays due to product availability, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7-21 business days within the UAE. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, customs clearance (for international orders), or other logistical issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, selected shipping method, and the weight of the items in your order.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 200 within the UAE.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number or have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at georges1watson@gmail.com for assistance.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or shipping restrictions. In such cases, we will notify you before processing your order.

7. Customs Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing an order.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, in the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances. Please note that you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or loss.


9. Address Errors and Shipping Delays

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect address information. We will do our best to update your information before the order is dispatched.


10. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately, we can only ship orders to one address per order. If you would like to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
